House Of Possession

perverseosmosis _Seven Churches_ eat your black heart out. Brilliant old-school thrash that is fast, dark, and evil sounding. If you liked Possessed, Rigor Mortis, the first Kreator album, "Outbreak of Evil"-era Sodom, or Show No Mercy at 45rpm, buy this album. Seriously, it is rad.

Update: this album is even more incredible than first assumed. All Possessed and _Scream Bloody Gore_ listeners should buy this album and recruit them to come to America. Fast riffs galore, shoutable chorus, superior lyrics about covens and killers and specters: it has it all. Favorite track: Spectres Of Death.

about

Duplicate Records are proud to present Haugesund, Norway's SHAKMA. Taking their lyrical inspiration from 80s horror B-movies, it should come as no surprise that their music too is deeply rooted in the decade when speed and thrash metal ruled the underground. Their influences may be obvious, but there is nothing "B", or redundant about SHAKMA, as their ferocious debut is like a fresh blade through your already broken neck (from headbanging)! Enter the House Of Possession!
